What is Breakthrough Session Intensive?
Breakthrough Session Intensive is 4-7 hours process of inner exploration and transformation combining two powerful modalities – Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mental and Emotional Release (MER) to create a profound and lasting change in your unconscious mind – the true driver of your actions and habits.
It’s your unconscious beliefs that determine how you organize your priorities and what actions you take. It’s limiting beliefs and negative emotions that often prevent you from taking necessary steps to pursue your dreams.
By transforming your limiting beliefs and releasing negative feelings, you open the door to new possibilities and free yourself to take actions that are much more aligned with your goals and purpose.

What to Expect from Your Breakthough Session?
Here is a brief description of steps in your breakthough session:
Step Zero – Preparation
Chose one area of life you want to work with. Contemplate what you want to achieve and how willing you are to do the work. This step will involve a short interview and possibly some tasks
Step One
A deep exploration of your goals, limiting beliefs and negative emotions that prevent you moving towards your goals
Step Two
Actual work of transforming your limiting beliefs and releasing negative emotions
Step Three
Setting goals for the future
Step Four – on your own
Taking purposful actions and practicing positive attitude
